"0 communication for reasoning of tons of random payments being pulled out without reasoning and rate changes. After speaking about it multiple times with multiple employees the rate changes got even worse (40-50$ rate changes every other month). They tell you what you want to hear but never tend to the issues and can give 0 explanation as to what the extra fees are being pulled out for. Save your money and look elsewhere!"
